My fiance was so happy to recieve this only for 2 days later the magnet holding it closed to fall out she was so disappointed but refuses to take it off and has had to use sellotape so the message don't fall out all in all I'm dissatisfied

Lomg shipping time but expected, quality better than expected, the "gold" has a nice shine to it, message is engraved clearly, but be careful as the magnet to close the envelope is quite weak. Overall a pretty good product for the price.

Not received was returned to company after royal mail messed up address tried to divert but royal mail refused got intouch to get sent to my address never received, now have to try and get refund through bank as undelivered, poor service
The little note inside was not secure enough, which meant that it can come undone easily. I gave it to my girlfriend as a gift and the little note fell out after 2 days. The design as a whole is nice but the security of the note inside needs to he worked on.
